It's a Wrap!

After twelve years, it's a wrap for Sticks Forks Fingers! Thank you for being a reader all these years, and for coming along with me on this journey. I have missed sharing recipes, wine recommendations, and life stories with you, and invite you to join me at my new project, 101-Mile Kitchen.

101-Mile Kitchen will follow a similar thread as Sticks Forks Fingers, including recipes developed to encourage readers to cultivate their cooking intuition and confidence. Most recipes you see there will include “Make It Your Own” ideas that will let you play, learn, and grow whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out.

At 101-Mile Kitchen you will  meet some of my heroes– the growers and makers who keep our community fed and happy. It is my hope that in bringing them to you, you will be encouraged to seek out the special people who dedicate their lives to growing and making food, wine, beer, and the like in your area, no matter where you live.

And, of course, you’ll read stories about being in love-- come to find out that is a whole different thing than falling in love. Cooking and loving, to me, are completely intertwined and provide magical opportunities to reflect on one another.

My intention with the 101-Mile Kitchen is to provide readers with support and relationship on a day-to-day basis. I've been a dedicated home cook for well over 50 years and have a lot to share that may be helpful to others in a real way. Once the world returns to normal, I'll be sharing menus, tips, and tricks that will make your hospitality and entertaining a piece of cake, too.

It would honor and please me if you'd visit me and subscribe to the new project. The 101-Mile Kitchen website (https://101milekitchen.com) offers all the modern features you expect in 2021, and I so much hope to met you there.

Aaaaaaaand that's a wrap! Cheers!

My best,
Pam
